What a great-looking TOP you have there Hesh. The remaining parts are sufficient enough to say the least... I just received some BRW headplates from Colonial. They are top notch! |

Hesh, it all looks like it will be a great looking guitar. Just curious: what makes a 12 fret HAVE to have a slotted headstock? I've done several and only one slotted headstock. Don't let tradition dictate how you build. |

Hey Hesh, Have you ruled out herringbone purfling / rosette? I love that combo with mahog, and even though there's a jillion little pieces in the h'bone, it ends up looking rather understated when installed. SK |
